Does the vehicle need to be cleaned prior to repair?No, we will clean the area before conducting the repair using specialised products that enable our tools to work efficiently

Do I need to stay with the vehicle for the duration of the repair?Yes, someone will need to there to confirm they are happy for us to start the work in addition to confirming they are happy with the work carried out.

Can all damage be recovered by PDR?Unfortunately not, in some instances the damage may be beyond PDR and may require SDS to decline the job if we cannot get it to the high standard that we look to achieve in all repairs carried out.
